Every race has a skill that sets them apart from other races and classes. Which one do you like the best? The Undead's cannibalize, the Druid's shadowmeld? Is there one that you find to be absolutely useless?

Cannibalize is love <3 Such a simple thing, but it's so amazingly helpful haha. -+-Win32##Mozilla Firefox 3.0.10##1024 × 768##1-+-

I agree, cannibalize is amazing especially for non-healing classes such as the rogue or warrior. Gift of the Naaru is amazing too for the same reasons.
I find Shadowmeld to be a little useless (it may be because I'm a druid though), especially for Night Elf Rogues. And the Dwarf's Find Treasure seems pretty stupid too.

Yeah, Find Treasure is really ridiculous, the dwarves definitely got jipped on that one The only thing it's useful for is leveling lockpicking on a rogue, and even then you can just find a spawn pattern for lockboxes without Find Treasure beacons at all And I don't really see how Shadowmeld is useful either. I don't know a lot about it (never played an NE) but I'm under the impression that you can't even really do anything while under it's effects :\ Where's the fun in that? -+-Win32##Mozilla Firefox 3.0.10##1024 × 768##1-+-

Shadowmeld is really only useful if you're NOT a rogue/druid, and want to hide or go AFK without risk of getting killed. Otherwise, it's pretty useless. You can't move or cast in shadowmeld and it now has a retarded cooldown of like two minutes or something.

1st shadowmeld is very hel[full for all classes, you can use it in combat to stealth and leave combat if you are about to die, its basicly feign death for a ne, and dwarfs racial isnt find treasure, they do have that but their real racial is stoneskin which increases armor by 10% and removes any posion or disease on the char, which is very nice for warriors, but basicly pointless for ne thing else.

Shadowmeld IS awesome in that regard, but I never use it to get out of battle. As a druid, I guess I've never really had to! But touche, David. Touche. xD

lol also many people dont know this but, as a nightelf if ur a druid or rogue shadowmeld also has a passive effect that reduces being seen while stealthed or prowling, so its used all the time.

Yea, I was going to say . . . I have no idea what you guys are talking about. I find my shadowmeld to be the most useful ability of any character ability (and I'm a druid) because it helps me get out of bad situations. You can't use prowl when you're in a combat, you can only escape using shadowmeld. I have a group I instance with regularly, but none of them can rez, only I can, so I like having shadowmeld because sometimes it means I won't die in instances. I've also run out of mana plenty of times and used shadowmeld to get out of combat so I wouldn't die. I love shadowmeld. It's my panic button and I feel helpless when I don't have a panic button like that
